Tracy is a lifelong new Englander and currently resides in Massachusetts. She has spent her entire professional career in the real estate industry in a variety of roles. She started as an administrative assistant for a small real estate firm and has worked in medium size and large firms in an administrative roles and also on the IT/Systems side of the business. In recent years she worked exclusively as a admin/partner with a top producing agent and later managed a franchise real estate office with over 30 agents.
