Steve Williams
I first got involved in real estate when I started a short term rental property management business while living in Washington, DC in 2015. By 2016, I had expanded up to beautiful Federal Hill in Baltimore, Maryland. Despite loving my apartment and neighborhood in DC, I decided I wanted to experience life in both these neighboring towns and moved up to Baltimore, where I've been happily living with my family since 2018. After spending many years in both Baltimore and DC, I have developed a vast knowledge of the culture, neighborhoods and markets in both towns, and I love to help folks relocate between these two great American cities, and their surrounding areas.
I am originally from Northern Virginia and studied American History at Miami University. I spent six years teaching history in Fairfax County Public Schools before turning my property management side business into a full time gig.
