Jaime Mcneill
Jaime McNeill comes from a background of 10 plus years of retail/retail management and brings excellent customer service skills to the table when working with her real estate clients. Jaime has worked retail since the age of 17, and has worked hard at making her mark in the Industry. She became the youngest store manager to run a 4-million-dollar store in her district by age 24. She has real life experience dealing with customers’ needs and is well suited to help with the real estate industry. Since being in real estate she has grown her leadership role with the brokerage and became an Assistant Team Leader of Operations where she supported the organization in hiring talent, agent growth, recruiting, and running the operations for a 2.5 Billion dollar market center. Jaime has since moved to Coalition Properties Group, top Group in the Washington, DC area and is excited to use her skills in leadership in this new capacity.
