Damian Dickerson began his real estate journey in 2014 with Irvin Realty. Fueled by a strong desire to learn, strategic use of available resources, and exceptional networking skills, Damian quickly became a top producer within the firm. His success led to the founding of The Dickerson Realty Group of Irvin Realty, where he built a reputation for excellence and client care.
In March 2022, Damian joined eXp Realty, one of the fastest-growing global real estate brokerages. He now serves as an Associate Broker licensed in Virginia and Maryland, continuing to deliver first-class experiences for clients whether they’re buying their first home, selling a property, or investing in their future.
Damian’s passion for real estate extends beyond transactions—he is also an experienced trainer and speaker. A proud Northern Virginia resident for over 15 years, Damian attended high school in Prince William County and earned his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University, followed by a Master of Divinity and Doctorate in Theology. He lives in Prince William County with his wife Dr. Tia Dickerson and their three amazing children: Kailan, Drew, and Dax.
Outside of real estate, Damian is active in his church, enjoys coaching youth basketball, and loves supporting his children’s many sports and dance activities.
